A Japanese carved boxwood netsuke in the form of an oni carrying a shield on his back, signed, 5.5cm high, Meiji period.
Over all condition is good. there are no chips, cracks, splits or losses. Hands, feet and facial features are in good order. There are no signs of any repairs or restoration.
